Sunset House is located in the quiet village of Newton Reigny minutes away from the town of Penrith, and less than 20 minutes from the Lake Ullswater. This is an ideal place to stop if travelling north/south on the M6.

The village is on the C2C cycle route and the Lakes and Dales cycle route, there is storage space for bicycles as well as free parking.

Our spacious rooms are located on the ground floor overlooking the garden and fields and both have en-suite showers, free wifi, a flat screen TV and tea and coffee making facilities.

There is a pub located in the village which is a short 5 minute walk away.

There are many attractions local to us the Ullswater Steamers, Rookin House Equestrian and Activity Centre, Theatre by the Lake, The World of Beatrix Potter, Upfront Gallery, Lowther Castle and Gardens, Hutton in the Forest and Dalemain to name a few.
